I'm a clinical social worker with a master's in social work from NYU and a Post-Master's Certificate in Couples Therapy from the Ackerman Institute for the Family. I'm licensed in New York and Florida.
I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, CBT/DBT, and Gottman. I'm also trained in Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), which is my primary approach with couples.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in software development and management. That background still shapes how I work, and I have a natural fluency with clients who are analytically-minded, high-achieving, or navigating demanding professional environments.
I also work with a number of fellow therapists, which is something I take as a meaningful sign of trust from within the field.
My clinical experience also spans New York City's social services sector, including community mental health, schools, and homeless services.
