Jennifer Weinstock, LCSW

Welcome! I specialize in supporting couples and individuals through relationship and marital difficulties, but also support my clients through family conflicts, life transitions, and with general mental health.

I create a caring, non-judgmental, and accepting space, and see clients of all ages, genders, sexual orientations, and backgrounds.

My style is warm, genuine, and collaborative, and based on the idea that you are the expert of your own life, with your own unique experiences, strengths, and needs.

About Me

I have a graduate degree from NYU Silver School of Social Work and postgraduate training in many modalities including Gottman, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, DBT, group work, motivational interviewing, and more.

I was previously in software development and management in the corporate world, but I found myself looking for more meaning in my work. I earned my social work degree in 2011, and have worked in many settings since, including community and school-based mental health.

In the past few years I've begun to specialize in working with couples, and with individuals who are struggling in their relationships. I can help you to better understand the patterns you're seeing in your own relationships, and help you to improve them.
